Question
I have signed a purchase aggrement. I am having second taughts about this house. Is there a way i can get outta this? All the financing is in place. Please answer ASAP

Answer
Check your contract over very carefully and see if there is a clause that gives you the right to cancel the transaction. Since you have the loan ready to go, then obviously it can't be that contingency.

I would have to know why you have second thoughts. Is there something wrong with the house? Is there something the seller failed to do? Did he answer all the condition-of-the-house questions properly?

I wish you well.

Expertise

With more than 41 years as a real estate broker, I can solve most any problem presented. If I can`t, I do my research. Problems with mortgages, trust deeds, foreclosures, odd ways of conveying titles. Most any good Realtor can answer questions satisfactorily, but I answer questions that most cannot. Also, ask about my hard-copy newsletter, The Landed Gentry. It can also be sent to you via PDF.
