im considering buying a home
i have been recommend to
sloatsburgh tuxedo park area
but not sure if i can afford
it
i am a mother of three and
i most likely buying it on my
own
could u please give me and idea
of what to expect when it comes to
nys laws
my cousin is  lic real estate lawyer
and has agree to do the closing for me
i think that saves me some but not sure

Thank you for your question.

Your cousin could be bale to help you and perhaps save you some money too.

Most of the closing costs are associated with bank mortgage fees, title insurance and prepaid taxes and home insurance.  These fees could be as high as 8 or 9 percent of the mortgage.  Speak to your lender and ask for a closing cost estimate.

Buying and owning is a good thing.  Do it if you can.
