If our mobile home is found to be infested with black mold would it be any easier to get out of this agreement or, are we just screwed?

Answer
I have no idea what your contract says, when you agreed to it, or what happened since it was made.  You need to contact a qualified attorney if you have a dispute about the contract.

Regarding mold... IF you find "harmful" mold in levels that are deemed bad for your health, then you need to avoid contact with it.  You should have it professionally inspected, tested by a certified lab, and repaired according to EPA standards.

Not all mold is harmful and there are various degrees of mold levels and different methods of dealing with it.  Always seek Professional advise.
