I have heard about these techniques where you can buy a home without a downpayment. Is this real if so whats the way to do it.

Sorry it took some time to answer the question, I've been under the weather! You don't ALWAYS have to have a down payment but if you are competing with another offer with a down payment, people will usually go for that one. It really depends on your offer.
