Buying or Selling a Home/how to evict a co ower after giving a judgement to sale property

Question
I went to court and won a judgement to have the property I co-own with another party.  I want to know how I go about getting this person out of the property to sale it.  the judgement was for immediate sale.

Answer
Since this more of a legal problem than a real estate problem, I suggest you ask an attorney your question. You might be able to ask the clerk of the court in which you won the judgment. They may tell you what you must do or they may tell you to talk to an attorney.

I do wish you well.

Expertise

With more than 41 years as a real estate broker, I can solve most any problem presented. If I can`t, I do my research. Problems with mortgages, trust deeds, foreclosures, odd ways of conveying titles. Most any good Realtor can answer questions satisfactorily, but I answer questions that most cannot. Also, ask about my hard-copy newsletter, The Landed Gentry. It can also be sent to you via PDF.
