hi,like to have u help me get in some website list my house for free,is any out there?
Dear Jason: There is a multitude of free sites, some of them particular to your area. Go on the internet yourself, and search for homes for sale, and see what comes up. In my area, there is Craig's List, MLS.com and so forth. Also, perhaps you should get a Sunday major area newspaper, and go through the real estate section and see what is featured. Homestore may be in your area as well as Realtor. Com, but what the local agents are using, and what is advertised is your best bet to begin your search. Keep in mind, however, you get what you pay for in this type of business. Plus, liability nowadays is quite high, and if you are selling yourself you are still held to a standard of what you are expected to know and disclose. It is no longer a seller's market, so prepare to be disappointed. However, give yourself six weeks to explore it on your own, then consider listing it with an agent.
