Buying or Selling a Home/house sale

Question
Hi Sue, I am co-trustee with two others who are selling a house from my father who left it in a trust to split three ways.  Question, do all three of us have to sign the documents when house is sold?  What would happen if one co-trustee did not want to sign documents?  Thankyou for your time and expertise, Jon

Answer
Jon,

You have to check the trust paperwork.  If all of you are named as trustees then you all have to sign.  If one of you does not want to sell and sign the documents you might need to see an attorney and you might have to go to court and get the court to order the sale.
I hope this helps and good luck.
