Question
Do you know what would be involved in doing this (forms ect...) or anything else that I would need?
In Michigan, Wayne, land contracts are the main instruments for debt on real estate. So, I would take that question into a title insurance (or title abstract co.) and see if they can help you.
Also, real estate attorneys can help, too. Chances are very good the title company you talk to will tell you to do just that. Depends on how strong the attorney lobby in your state is.
