Hi Mike, I'm looking at "down sizing" to park living.
My interest is in "upper end" mfg. homes and parks.
I have a home inspection company, and handy with construction.
I'm not having success looking(web only)for a mfg. builder that stands out. Everyone thinks there pretty.
I'm touring south Orange County parks as part of my due diligence, and learning a bit about potential budget items and park availability.
I have a (maybe) special floor plan interest in a dbl. master bed option, 2 more rooms for offices, central kitchen / great room + laundry etc.
Can you help?

Hi Dick...I have 2 beautiful homes in Irvine.  It is a 55+ park, however.  It is an awesome park as well.
They are Palm Harbor homes, which, of course you can find at their website.
