Answer
Dear Antoine;
I do not recommend investing in real estate if you do not know the market/or what you are doing.  Perhaps the best investment is to get your license and begin by selling real estate while you acquaint yourself with the market in your area.  Then, once you have some commissions and some extra cash, try buying some foreclosures, fixing them up and flipping them or using them as rentals.  This is probably the fastest and easiest way to make some quick money but you really need to know what you are doing so you don't make mistakes with homes that are not going to sell or rent.  Getting your license is pretty quick and relatively inexpensive.  If you advertise that you are willing to work hard and represent clients fairly you will pick up a few good clients quickly and within a month or two begin to see some income.

Good luck and best wishes,

Experience

Anyone who is in this business and who dedicates oneself to professionalism has continued to take classes and along with it,additional credentials, awards and honors. I can list a host of them, but my greatest accomplishments happen to be those of getting first time buyers (who didn't think they could afford to buy a home)into a home of their dreams. The look on their faces when I hand over the keys is worth all of the hard work.
