Hi Mr.McClure we are form Alvin,Tx and we have about 5.000.00 down and our trade in I have bad credit but like I said my Husband has his bank account and his job but he has always paid cash for cars are other things as in credit cards hes never had one will some one help us          -------------------------

         My husband and I are interested in buying a mobile home but I have bad credit and he has none but the thing is my husband is't from here and we dont know any one that would be welling to help us. What do we need to be approved, He's got  good work history makes good money but he's never bought anything before

Anita....unfortunately there are no lenders that will touch a situation like yours,for obvious reasons....they are putting $$ out with little previous proof of repayment.
You will have to keep looking, but look for "for sale by owner"....sell them on the fact that you can pay them on a private contract, and they can make good interest at the same time.   Good Luck   "~ M
