Question
Hi:  My husband and I are thinking of purchasing some vacant land to build on.  On Conditions of vacant land is there certain items that need to be asked?  Eg ORCA< building and entrance permits.  Your advise would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
You should find a knowledge real estate agent who knows the location of good vacant land. That person will inform you as to what you must do to prepare that property for building your home. You might also want to talk to an architect or two. They sometimes have someone who can help you find that land. Same thing for building contractors. Just be aware that some of the building contractors are having trouble selling their homes they just built and may try to encourage you to buy one of them. I do wish you well.
