Can I buy a home with no money down
There are definitely a number of different no money down loans in today's marketplace. Your lender normally looks at three criteria when deciding to loan you money: credit scores, income and down payment. If you are not putting any money down, the lender will want you to have higher credit scores and income to offset the lack of a down payment. The only way to tell if you personally qualify for such a loan is to go to a mortgage lender in your area and have him/her prequalify you for the loan you want.
