Question
what should i do to be a realtor can you give me step by step or walk me through to be a realtor lic agent?

Answer
Contact one of the large companies and ask them if they have a school.  You will need to take classes and then take the state exam.  Once you have passed the state exam you will be issued a license and can begin interviewing with various real estate brokerages.  You can then become an agent and begin selling homes.  However, to become a REALTOR which is the professional designation achieved through membership in the National Association of REALTORS you must take ethics classes and abide by their professional standards.  (Notice that REALTORS is all caps...this is a trademark and when it is used it signifies that the person is not only licensed but is working to a higher standard of professionalism.)

Experience

Anyone who is in this business and who dedicates oneself to professionalism has continued to take classes and along with it,additional credentials, awards and honors. I can list a host of them, but my greatest accomplishments happen to be those of getting first time buyers (who didn't think they could afford to buy a home)into a home of their dreams. The look on their faces when I hand over the keys is worth all of the hard work.
