Buying or Selling a Home/realtor contract

Question
My husband and I are selling our home with a realtor. The realtor had me sign the contract 3 months ago and forgot to have my husband sign it. It this contract legally binding since my husband never signed it?

Dear Noelle;
Our attorneys tell us that all people who are listed on title and to whom the deed is registered are the legal owners of the home and we should have the documents signed by all.  A listing agreement is not valid if not signed by the husband and wife. (This is the law in our state due to ownership laws even if the deed is not in both names.)
