Hi Michael...

Do you personally know someone with similar credentials as yourself (Mobile Home Specialist) in Solano County (more specifically: Vallejo)?  

If not, can you tell me how I would search for one?

Hi Tom...unfortunately the mobile home world is a very "loose knit" one. I can't refer anyone.
My suggestion, even though it may sound backward, would be to make a few calls to escrow companies.  Ask them first if they do mobiles, then who is successful and HONEST, that they would refer! These people are unbiased third parties, and should give you someone you could trust.....another thing would be to go to the park's managers, however...they could have favorites based on a monetary deal.
