hello my name is shani and i would like to know how to rent my house through section 8. for example what steps would i have to take to get in contact with someone to get my house rented out through section 8.

Answer
Rather than having me go over what you must do to sign up for Section 8, Shani, go to the subject line on your provider's page and type in "section 8" and you will get a whole slew of ways to get involved with section 8.

Just be aware that you're going to have to abide by HUD's rules and requirements and the tenant is not going to be the best of renters. But I am sure they will explain to you how they will pay for restoring the condition of the property when you decide you no longer want section 8 renters.
