My husband and I bought our house a year ago sept 2006 in Maryland.We are a military family and had to relocate to the GA area,we rented the house.We are planning on selling the house when our tenant lease is up in Feb,becaue we are not going to move back to Maryland and the tenant was not paying the rent on time making us late on the mortage.WE are considering just selling the house to one of the those company who sells home fast,any advice and who are the right ones? and what to look for? Most of those companies that do the quick buyout will offer you .50 cents on $1. You might try putting it on the market right now with a good Realtor, and have the possession date, the date the renter moves out, some time in February or sooner. Price the house at or just below market and it should sell within that time frame.
