Question
My wife and I own a house in Bryan/College station Texas. We are moving and thought we could rent our home out using a service. We have owned it almost 5 years now. Do you think we should sell it instead? Moving out of state, MN.
If you will be returning and may move back into the home then rent it, if you will need the equity to buy a new home then sell it. If you get a long term lease and it will more than cover your payment and insurance and taxes, then keep it. Talk to a Realtor who does proerty management full time in your area and get their opinion.
