Hi Liz,

I think it was you who advised me to do something to the front of our house, as it looked bland?  I took the advice and purchased 2 large flower boxes.  My husband bought $80 worth of streaming plants and put them in.  It looked beautiful! We still sold lower than what the property was worth, but We got our asking price!

I remember very well all our correspondence, and I am absolutely thrilled for you that your home finally sold.  That’s great news!  I so seldom receive follow-up from anyone after questions are answered, and I often wonder “what happened.”

It could have simply been timing of your buyer, but I’m sure the flowers did not hurt any.  I do appreciate your letting me know of your happy ending.  Good luck to you in the future, and feel free to write again if you ever have additional questions.
