Buying or Selling a Home/tenent on land purchased did not move his mobile home

Question
I recently purchased the parcel of land next door to my house. There is a mobile home on the land that was not part of the sale. The owner of the mobile home was not the seller of the property. Mobile home owner signed a letter stating he knew he needed to vacate the property with his mobile home within 60 days. It has been almost 90 days and it appears that he has abandoned the moblie home on my property. How do I go about getting the mobile moved? The owner of the mobile home does not own it outright and has missed at least a few payments. Is the listing agent responsible since the property was advertised as a great place to build a home? I did not collect any rent from the mobile home owner and he will not return my calls. What should I do?

The financial institution involved needs to be msde swsre of the circumstances....they may offer it to you before accepting a large loss, or just repo it...be firm about it's removal....anything else would get me into legal issues, whaich I am not qualified to answer...hope I helped
