Buying or Selling a Home/No title for mobile home

Question
My nephew recently bought an oler mobile home (1979), The
owners have lost the Title and Registration. What should he do
now? The decal and any numbers have been lost also. He lives in
Çalifornia.
I do hope you can help.

As a real estate Broker I am not licensed to deal in mobile homes unless they are attached to land--but title and registration is different and more of a vehicular issue. Try vehicular registration or call someone who resells mobile homes to help. I am sorry that I can't.
