Buying or Selling a Home/trouble selling my mobile home

Question
can you tell me how badly my credit would be affected if I voluntarily surrendered the home to the mortgage company?

Answer
Dear Rachelle...how bad??  I would sell a "kidney" first.

The housing providers have a huge Internet communication system for tracking issues like this...will be anywhere you move.
Possibilities are available for the home...please give me the following: state, city, space rent (unless owned), condition of home, how much are you in arrears, and is the land involved?  Let me know....."~ Michael
