Question
Hi! How do we sell or rent our home through section 8?
In order to rent your home through Section 8, you need to become approved by your local HUD Authority. They will come out and inspect your home, and let you know if there is anything special you need to do to bring it up to Section 8 standards. Once you have been approved, you can start advertising for Section 8 approved tenants.

There is no way to sell your home through Section 8. This is a federal government sponsored program for low income housing rental assistance.
