Question
can i sell inspired bags on ebay?
is so can i buy a replica bag and list it as inspired?
say if the lv etc... logo is on my bag will it get pulled?
also can i use an auction title such as "designer inspired monogram speedy"

I'm sorry to tell you, that you can not sell replica handbags on eBay.  They must be authentic in order for you to list them.

You could use the term Designer Inspired monogram Speedy.  But it could not have the LV or Louis Vuitton logo.  If it looked like a speedy bag, and had Q's on it.. you could sell it.. but nothing with a logo that is currently used on designer hand bags.  I hope this helps.

I would not even attempt to sell replica handbags or designer inspired bags.  This is a real hot button in the community.
