QuestionHello
One of my ebay listing is been removed and reason for that was it says (eBay Listing Removed: Trademark Violation - Unauthorised Item ( 180054396)
Now I sold about 5 items of that without any problem I dont know why ebay removed this item. Please check item number 220200106175.
I emailed them twice regarding this. I told them to tell me what word, phrase, or sentence breached ebay policies so I dont use it but they said due to security reasons we cannot tell you. OK but how will I know what was wrong with my listing?
I really need help as I have big stock to sell and now I can list more without knowing what is wrong with my listing

AnswerIn checking your auction, I find that you used the Ipod brand, yet the item is NOT Apple. Remember that even though you spell out in your auction that it is LIKE the Ipod, you cannot use the Ipod name or the Apple name as this is considered BRAND SPAMMING. Take out all references to APPLE, IPOD, ITUNES, SHUFFLE and SHUFFLE2 and you should be ok. This includes your reference to "IPOD STYLE EARPHONES" a well. Saying these are like the Ipod is again, BRAND SPAMMING. Consider such phrases as 'Famous Maker' style or even go so far as to say "These are just like the ear phones which come with the FRUIT Maker's MP3 player". I'll leave it up to you, but the brand names are what is messing you up.
As a final thought, just as a way in which things LOOK and how to make auctions look better, may I suggest that you remove the photo of the old broken down box full of players and go instead with a good photo of just ONE. This would look more professional as well as making your other photos seem more appropriate. As it is, it is obvious that the single item photo is a computer generated look-a-like. A good photo of a single player can mean more sales and HIGHER sales. Just a thought.
Hope this all helps.
