Buying & Selling Thru Ebay & Other Auctions/ebay listing removed trademark violation

Question
Hi, recently, I have this auction# 150233027719 removed by ebay with an explanation of trademark violation.  However, these watches that I am sellling are purchased from a closeout.  The name on the watch is using Bixda which have no trademark registered in U.S..  I even checked with www.uspto.gov/ to find no trademark registered under this name.  I have read some ebay forum regarding VeRO policy.  I know a lot of ebay sellers are abusing the policy to remove listing from their competitors and eventually suspended.  Is there anything I can do to verify with ebay that I didn't violate any trademark?  Whoever report my listing to ebay is highly a poster VeRO right owner who try to monopolize ebay market.  I am just afraid my account will be suspended if I continue to list any watch with Bixda on it.  Any help or suggestion?  Thank you for your help.

Answer
Contact eBay customer service through Live Chat or via email and ask them about the listing being removed. If they cannot help you on Live Chat, you will receive a follow up phone call or email from eBay explaining the violation. Be patient, sometimes eBay takes a few days to answer questions.

Good luck!
