Hello.
Please how can I buy and ship off ebay as a Nigerian, considering the fact that Nigerians cannot open account with pay pal, and Most sellers ship only within the U.S?

This is a very unusual question! I have put a call into eBay to get the answer for this.  I have not heard back from them.  I would suggest you email griff@ebay.com and see if he could help you get registered.  As soon as I hear back from eBay I will let you know.
