I want to buy an item on ebay, but I'm not sure if I am being fooled by what I am buying for not understanding how the seller described what he/she is selling. Do you have any tips?

Also, what is the best or one of the best free auto bidding program for ebay in your opinion?

Hi, with regards to the item you want to buy it depends on so many factors it's difficult to give you an answer without more specific information.  If you were able to let me know the item number I would be happy to look it over and give my opinion ?
