Question
okay.  i listed 15 items and sold 3.  now it says i have to create a paypal account to recieve my payment.  i already have a paypal account but when i sign in it doesnt recognize i have payments to collect!!!!

Answer
When you set up the seller, account, which e-mail did you use to accept payments from. If you have a different Paypal address, then your eBay address that you have listed you need to change it show they match. If you go to the item you have won, it will say buyer has sent money to this e-mail address. If you don't have the address listed with Paypal, then you need to update it and validate address. You can also contact the buyer and have them cancel payment, and then resend it.
