Question
I went to pick up a motorcycle I bought off ebay. When I got there It was not in the condition the pictures showed at all. The vin number in the ebay listing was a made up number. I felt it was a bad deal and told the guy I wasn't going to buy it. He has sent me threatening letters (court) and I know where you live stuff. I am trying to tell ebay what is going on with this guy. I have had a 100% rating on ebay. thanks

eBay policy prohibits member-to-member threats of physical harm via any method including, phone, email and on public message boards.

If you have received a threat of bodily harm from another eBay member through email, please visit the user's profile and click REPORT USER at the bottom of hte page. eBay needs the full header of any email you send as evidence because it may enable them to trace the pathway of the email.
