Please inform me on selling trademak rights on eBay and/or any other sight.

Answer
As far as I can tell, you can only sell something for which you own the trademark rights.  As an example, if you create a trademark/logo for someone you can sell it to them through the ebay system.  you could not, of course, sell a logo someone else created for another company.  (You don't own the trademark rights.)
