Question
we recently sold a 72 terry camper on ebay,we put on the ad that it had damages and needed to be fixed up now the woman is threatening to sue us for more than what she paid for the camper saying we intetionally lied to her about the condition. she sends us at least 6 emails at a time threatening to sue us if we don't pay her 400.00 dollars back. my kids and family are worried sick over this as we don't have anything as it is. what can we do about this?

Do you have the ebay item number?  I would like to look at it if possible. Also can you give me an example of what she is emailing you?  Has she left feedback yet?  Does she plan on giving you the camper back if you give her the $?

Did she pick it up and SEE it before she took it home?
