AnswerThere is little you can do to alleviate the problem of 'fraudulent buyers' but yucan protect yourself in some ways. First is to use a shipping service which will track your package door to door. This will get rid of those reports that the item was not received. As for the empty package, other than providing a notarized statement of content to Paisa pay, there is little you can do. While auctions are going on, you can check the feedback on potential auction winners to see if there are any odd comments. Yes, Ebay does not allow Sellers to leave NEGative comments anymore, but that doesn't mean that someone has not left 'truthful' statement of the buyers in a "positive" feedback, so always check. Good sellers will let you know of prospective problems (and you can do the same on buyers who have "stiffed" you.
As for the condition, perhaps you need to be harsher with your judgement of the condition of your items. You may think that the item is 'Fair' but a collector may think is is less than fair. The more you rethink your items the better you will do. And I know what you're thinking, that by rating it lower, your profits will go down. In the long run, lower profits may be easier to take than a ruined reputation.
