Hello, I want to sell watch parts on ebay. I dont have credit card neither account in paypal. Who can sell my items there and what will be the extra charges.

Ebay has a seller's assistant program to sell your items for you, but they can be quite expensive in the long run.  It is not unheard of to have them charge as much as 35% of the selling price PLUS the cost of running the auction. it is much easier and more profitable to run the auctions yourself.   

Becoming a seller is not hard. You don't need a credit card, as a debit card can be used easily in place of it.  Once you have a seller account, getting a paypal account is just as easy.  All you need for a paypal account is a bank account.
