Why do you suppose millions of people sell on ebay when they have to pay a seller fee if their item doesn't sell, when anyone can sell their stuff on amazon and will only pay a seller fee when their item does sell?

I believe that millions of people chose to sell their items on eBay because they know their items will sell. If you put an item on amazon or half.com, you have to wait for someone to buy that item. They don't know how long it will take, it could take days, weeks, and even months. When they put it on eBay, the item usually will sell in 3-7 days. I also think most people like the auctions better, since it improves their odds of getting their item at a cheaper price.
