Hello,
I'm new to e-bay, and i intend to purchase an unlocked cell phone, and pay using paypal.
By any chance do you know of any coupon codes that i can use at check-out. It would really help a lot.

Ebay will never have 'checkout codes' due to the main fact that you are never buying from Ebay. Each purchase is made from an independent seller who sets their own rules and prices.
Consider buying on ebay like buying from the Classified section of the newspaper. When you find an item in the newspaper you don't pay the paper for it, you pay the seller. Ebay is the same way. The check out is merely a feature that each seller can use to collect payments quickly from buyers.
