Is there an easy way to find wholesalers and suppliers that will sell to someone like me who's just starting out in fashion sales? I've seen sellers on ebay who sell alot of nice fashions from Asia. Is there any government import/export regulations or is it just a matter of having a direct connection? Thanks for all your help.

This has little to do with ebay but I can offer a bit of insight on this.  

It is easy to find hundreds of wholesalers in just about any product category by using Google.  The problem comes in finding one that will work with you.   Most that I have dealt with will deal with just about anyone, and usually you pay upfront for your first order or two and then they open an account for you.  Once you find a company, simply ask them about their rules for first time orders.  

As for dealing direct with the manufacturers in other countries, Yes, there are many regulations and fees for importers and you should check direct with the Federal Government on that.
