Buying & Selling Thru Ebay & Other Auctions/HTML in eBay listing

Question
When I have used eBay in the past, I have never had to used HTML script for my product description, but have had a very simple Word-like window with useful automated tools like font sizing, colouring, justification, bullets etc.  Today, for the first time, the automated window disappeared and I had to use HTML.
Has eBay given up on the MUCH simpler automated system?  If not, how do I get it back?
Thanks for your help,
Adrian

Answer
Can you please give me some more information.  When you say "When I have used Ebay in the past..." I"m not sure what you mean.  To use Ebay one needs nothing more than a browser.  You don't need any special tools.

Please tell me what you are doing or attempting to do on Ebay and where you clicked to get to the point where things look different.  Like this:

"First I clicked on MyEbay
"Then I signed in.
"Then I clicked the......."
I appreciate your extra effort in this.  THANKS!

Expertise

I`ve been involved with Ebay practically since it`s inception. I`ve spent a lot of free time in helping people find the answer to problems as well as selling techniquest on the Ebay system. I`m more than comfortable with the Ebay system, it`s rules and policies and the why`s and wherefores of it`s day to day operation and the operations of both a seller and buyer.

Experience

Been a consistent seller on Ebay since 1997 and have been regarded as a 'source' for information on Ebay itself.
(Under Expertiese, it should be techniques, not techniquest...sorry bout that....)
