Question
Hello, I have found 5 new £1 notes amongst my mother's things with almost consecutive serial numbers.  Would these be worth anything to anyone or should I just ask the bank if I can have the £5?  It may even be too late for that now I suppose.  Just a thought.  Thank you.

Answer
Hello, you might want to search completed listings on eBay to see what these notes are selling for. Just go to ADVANCED SEARCH, enter the information, and check the COMPLETED LISTINGS box. You will get a list of anything matching your key words that has been listed in the past 30 days (sold and unsold).
