How can I pay for items with a debit card? I heard that Paypal charges fees for use and I don't want to be paying for more than I should
You rheard correct, Paypal does charge fees, but those fees are charged to the RECEIVER of the money, not to the SENDER. Go ahead and put your debit card into Paypal and do it before you bid because it may take a few days to get the confirmation completed.
