QUESTION: FPA NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension - User Agreement - Abusing eBay - vl@y.com
I am now to ebay. Listed one item and waiting for response. But got an email from ebay with above subject line and following memo
Your eBay account has been suspended. eBay took this action after determining that your account was acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.

You are prohibited from using eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account.

Any seller fees that are still owed are due to eBay immediately. eBay will charge any amounts that you have not previously disputed to the billing method that is currently on file.
I tried to find out the mistakes i did. Only one I found was giving email address and phone number(these are not with ebay )
I contacted to ebay requesting for steps to reinstate my account but getting no reply.
Is there any way to reinstate my account with ebay. Please advise.
