Hello, I have been listing on Ebay France to sell a particular brand name watches, After a week or so, my listings got removed because of the VERO policy, I didn't know what that is, so they asked me to take a tutorial, and to fax my receipts for the merchandise as a proof of purchase, I faxed to them and today I received an email from them stating that they have received my faxes. So I relisted my items, sure enough they got pulled again and my account was suspended, I understand that there is a forom that you can fill out and fax for my account to be reinstated, can you tell me which form and where I can get it? Thanks
