I am interested in selling on Ebay, but I need to know if you can use a Personal Paypal account, or do you need a business account? Thanks in advance.
You can use your Personal Paypal account until you reach the maximum amount received. At that point, you will NEED to upgrade to a better account.
Yes, it does seem terrible that Paypal wants a piece of your sales, but remember that many people will not bid on auctions that do not offer Paypal. Consider it a expense of business and with higher sales, the extra money you lose won't be such a hardship.
