Hi , i may sound like the village idiot ; but i can't seem to see how to list my ebook , i get as far as category and on the describe your item page it alledgedly gives you a downloadable media option (AS LEAST IT SAYS THAT ON EBAY'S HELP SECTION) , WHICH I CANNOT FIND FOR THE LIFE OF ME ! , if you could help this would be greatly appreciated , many thanx jamie.

The only reference I know of is that when selling digital media, you must select the proper category first.  Here is the quote:

"If the eBay category you've chosen supports digital items, you'll see a “Digital item” section on the Title & Description page. Click the link “List as a digital file or information.” The form will show specific fields and options for a digital item."

So, would hazard a guess that you have inadvertently chosen a category which does not support listing of digital items.  

This is not really important, as I don't beleive it is a  requirement of digital items to be sold. I  have sold a couple of ebooks under the category EVERYTHING ELSE - INFORMATION PRODUCTS - OTHER.
