I'm sorry for the question, but is ebay only auction?Haven't the goods fixed price?
I'm not fully understanding your questions, but I think you want to know if Ebay ONLY offers Auction type listings.
Ebay offers options more than just Auctions.
YOu can list your item with a BUY IT NOW. THis means that the listing will remain an auction should someone BID on it. If not, then a person can BUY IT NOW before any bids are placed. By using the Buy It Now, the auction ends immediatlly and the winner is declared.
A listing can also be placed with a fixed price and no auction format.
