Hello, just came from an advanced course at
ebay Univ in Bellevue, Wa and was amazed that
they totally ignored anything to do with real
estate and there did not appear to be anyone
there out of the 800 people or so that was involved in ebay real estate auctions.
If you are not well versed in this, maybe you
can refer me to someone who is.

I'm not sure why you would need someone 'versed' in real estate auctions on ebay, over any other item.  

Ebay is a venue, it is not an expert's collaboration.  Imagine it much like the Newspaper.  You place an ad(auction) and wait for someone to bud, and win. When they do, you contact them with the particulars about the sale itself.  

Real estate is it's own realm, with our without Ebay and you should either be or be working with a licensed real estate salesperson.  The only problems you will encounter will be dealing with people over long distance.  Once you tackle that problem, the rest is as simple as if they had walked into your office.
