Dear Marvinator

My ebay account was recently suspended because of unpaid fees, i went through a hard time financially and was unable to pay i did imform ebay of this but they still suspended me. its been 2 weeks since iv been suspended and i can now afford to pay the fee but they have passed me on to the debt collection agency Intrum Justicia. I emailed ebay to ask if they would reistate my account if i cleared my fees and i recieved an email back stating that they would, but im worried that this is probadly a lie, iv heard that once your suspended form ebay for not paying your fees one time you cant get your account back. Do you know anyhting about this? also they say im associated to another account which has now also been suspended but im not as far as i know and iv told them this but they dont want to know about it!

If the message you received actually came from ebay it is absolutely NOT a lie.  And there are two OBVIOUS reasons why you can TELL it is not a lie.  

1) Ebay wants money. They stand to get nothing by lying to you.  

2) It came from EBAY itself.  

Regardless of what you've "heard", ebay is not in the business of frustrating their users, most assuredly not their sellers.  

Keep the email you received, pay the fees and get yourself back in the game. It should take no longer than a week or two at the most.  If you have any problems use the email address from the email you mentioned to write and ask for help in getting things going again.
