Hi, I'm new with ebay and I just want to know some things about getting started. How did you get started with ebay? Any suggestions on how I can get my first sale?

I started on eBay about 10 years ago. My very first item was a Masterpiece Edition GI JOE I purchased at a Walden bookstore for 15.00  I sold it for 85.00.  I was hooked on eBay after that first experience. I learned eBay through trial and error. But there are many places that offer FREE classes (library for one) or you could learn from an eBay Trained education specialist.  Most education specialist will charge for their time.

To get your first sale, have a great item you already own, take great photos and do a bit of research to see what it will sell for.  Just close your eyes and jump in to the waters of eBay.
