I'd like to put something like the following script (please go to link and get the source codes) into my ebay listing, that way I won't have to update every single listing if I ever need to delete/add new images/links to the multiple image slider.

Can you help me figure out how to create scripts or modify the script so I can use it? Or do you know or have other ideas or types of scripts that does similar things.

You will not be able to use this script.  Ebay does not allow Java Scripting to this extent in an Auction description.  

However, if you're going to be cutting and pasting the entire java script, you could just as easily cut and paste in the code to show whatever you wanted.  I do this with my template use.  I open a blank document, paste in the template code, and then simply add the picture code and description.
